When you shop on Shetland Market you are buying direct from the local businesses that list their product on here (a bit like Etsy). As such, it is the responsibility of each supplier to send out your items. So, if you have a question about delivery for a specific item, then it’s best to ask them directly.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are available for UK delivery and the cost will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery methods will vary for the product but usually Royal Mail will be used. Each supplier sets their rates separately, and these can be seen on their page, or by clicking “Seller Info” on the product page.
Only standard delivery is available for your items, and Shetland Market cannot guarantee delivery times. Normal delivery of stock products is within 7 days. If you’re unsure then please get in touch with the suppliers direct.
For large items, local pickup may be the only solution. Please read product descriptions carefully before you order. Local pickup will be arranged by the supplier with you by email or phone after the order.
We’re very sorry but we currently don’t offer international delivery on the site. If you contact the supplier direct they will no doubt be able to organise this for you. We plan to add international delivery within a few months, and we’d appreciate your feedback if this has prevented you from ordering.
